Good, relatively central position in old Prato town, but not too far (10 mins) from rail stations. Close to interesting historical sites and shops and restaurants?

Rosie, one of the owners I think, was wonderfully helpful - we were stuck for groceries and she bought us some milk!! The staff all helped us with our luggage and one of them carried our baby whilst we were organising things. So helpful! The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was close to everything in the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the availability of the parking and transportation facilities. In addition, the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from.
Nothing not to love.

Authentic residence in the centre of Prato, large and spacious apartment, with everything you could reasonably wish to have.

wonderful location, very helpful staff. This is a residence, not a 5-star hotel of course so suited more to longer stays and not to those who expect daily linen changes and turn-down services. But it is a very nice way to experience Prato

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave us great tips on where to go during Christmas and helped us with any problems we had. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and close to all the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
Our experience was ruined by the noise outside. We were constantly woken up by loud music and people shouting in the streets, especially during the Christmas celebrations.

Great location close to many attractions and public transportation options. the room was spacious and the Wi-Fi signal was decent. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage after we checked out.
The noise level was unbearable, especially during the Christmas season. the walls were paper-thin and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
